Butterfly Friend and Field Trip

Last week, we were able to send off our butterfly of the year. We got it a couple weeks ago as a caterpillar and the kids watched the transformation over about 2 weeks. A great thing to watch and learn about.

Then today, Parker had his first field trip at Teusinks Pony Farm. Not the greatest day for it, but fun none the less. A little pony riding, goat feeding, duck petting and hay riding. What could be better?

Sunday Night Fun!

Tonight we decided to take advantage of the great weather and spend a bunch of time outside. Went for a long walk and then played some soccer and baseball. Here are a couple pictures of our night.
Daddys still got some moves.

His First Day!!!

It is official my little boy is a maroon. And we are the parents of a school aged child (preschool, but school). We can not believe it and could not be more proud of him. He is so ready for this next adventure in his life. His first day went very well and the first thing he said to me was, "Mom, I had so much fun"! Who could ask for more. His teacher is amazing and we are just waiting to see how much he learns and grows from all of this.
