Ultrasound video

So, yesterday we went to the doctor for the 20 week ultrasound. We already new that it was a boy but we got a confirmation on that. It was so nice to see the baby again and how much he has grown. We took Parker with us and he thought he was quite cool. He said that he saw the baby but I'm not really sure he knew what he was looking at. Anyway, it was a fun thing for him. The new machine spits out a DVD at the end of the session, so I uploaded some of the clips that were on it. They are only seconds long but you can see some movement which I liked. Anyway take a look if you would like.

Winter Fun!

I think Parker's favorite thing to do these days is be outside. It doesn't matter what he is doing, as long as he is outside. Whether he is taking a walk, feeding the birds and deer or "shubeling" as he calls it. So, Sunday afternoon we had a "snow day". Jeff and I took him outside and had a little fun.
Jeff and Parker build a snowhorse instead of a snowman just like he did when he was a little boy!
Jeff also took him sledding. He was just pulling him around at first and then we got little bit smarter and hooked him up behind the golf cart. I drove the golf cart and pulled the two of them all around. We didn't get an action shot but by the picture below, you can tell that he was pretty happy!

Ride 'em Cowboy!

Gotta love the little things that make kids so happy! Parker loves all animals and to ride real horses, so when he saw "the horse" at Meijer... How can you resist.
